Credit card payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your credit card number or other details on our server.

We use 256-bit encryption SSL to ensure your transaction details are secure.

Payment Methods Accepted

For enterprise purchases, we accept bank transfers, checks, or credit/purchase cards. We can accept purchase orders.

BriefCatch 3

Word 2016 or later on Windows, Word 2016 or later on macOS, and Microsoft Word for Web (Microsoft 365).

BriefCatch Standalone

Windows 7 or newer operating systems. Word version 2013 or newer versions.

Note: BriefCatch Standalone is not compatible with the online version of Word.

Yes. BriefCatch licenses are valid for one year. After one year, your license will automatically renew and you will be billed again. You will be notified one week prior to this date. You can cancel the auto renew option at anytime by visiting the subscription tab on the my account page. Simply click Cancel to disable auto-renew.

Your BriefCatch license will still be active until it expires, but you will not be billed again unless you decide to purchase a new license.

Yes, however single user licenses can only be purchased one at a time.

To purchase a second license, follow the same steps as you did the first time. Make sure you’re logged into your account, visit the purchase page, confirm your personal details, and then click Sign Up. Each license will be processed as a separate payment.

BriefCatch Standalone is only available as an annual subscription.

BriefCatch 3 is available as a monthly or annual subscription.

Subscriptions are non-refundable, but if you’re not sure whether BriefCatch is right for you, just start with our 7-day free trial. In any event, we are always happy to help you resolve any issues that arise.

If you signed up for a free trial, or purchased a license in the past, simply log in before making your purchase.
